About Me.
As a doctor turned psychotherapist, my medical background has given me a unique and invaluable perspective on the human condition. My medical training, combined with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, allows me to integrate evidence-based practices with deep compassion. Additionally, I am trained in several therapeutic modalities and work with children, teenagers, adults, and co-parents.
But more than credentials, I bring authenticity.
Over the years, I’ve learned that nothing matters more in therapy than genuine human connection. I chose to specialize in divorce and grief because I have lived through both -both as a child and as an adult. My approach is shaped by a blend of lived experience and empirically supported practices.

I chose to specialize in divorce and grief because I have experienced them both at different stages of life—first as a child, and later as an adult. My approach combines the insight gained from lived experience with methods grounded in research and proven to be effective.

In the end, my style is authentic and unpretentious. I will meet you where you are, walk beside you through the hard parts, and encourage your growth as you navigate life’s challenges.
